Professional Experience

Fabricio has 15 years’ experience in advising and representing Brazilian and foreign companies in a wide range of antitrust and competition law, as well as compliance and regulatory issues, such as: collaborative, horizontal and vertical arrangements, compliance programs, high- profile international and local cartel and anticorruption investigations, unilateral conduct cases and numerous merger control filings (domestic and cross-border M&A deals) with the Brazilian antitrust authorities in different economic sectors and industries. Represents clients in disputes before Courts and administrative agencies in Brazil.

He was a consultant for international antitrust at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in Washington, DC, USA.
