Matheus Cantarella Vieira, head of our Labor and Employment, spoke to the newspaper O Estado de S. Paulo about a decision from the regional labor court of the state of São Paulo maintaining the dismissal with a cause of an employee that refused to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. The case sets precedents for similar decisions and reinforce the importance of internal policies to be adopted by employers, containing clear and effective guidelines to the employees.
